There are 3 packages you can choose from at

  1. Starter

  2. Pro

  3. Enterprise

We operate an active user-based (i.e. 'Responders') pricing model on each plan, so youโ€™ll pay based on the value youโ€™re getting from the product, while your whole organisation (i.e. 'Viewers') can be kept in the loop - for free.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Overview of our packages

Each package has a different level of

  • Features (see next section); and

  • Service access

๐Ÿ’ก Note: Pro Plans are only available with a minimum of 10 seats.

You can choose which pricing package best meets the needs of your organisation ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿƒ Features overview

Below is a birds-eye view of the main features that change based on the plan you select.

๐ŸŽฎ Workflows

Workflows allow you to automate certain actions and behaviours based on specific triggers.

This allows you to do things like:

๐Ÿ“Š Custom Fields

Custom Fields let you define the data that you want to collect on your incidents, and have collect it for you.

Common custom fields include things like Customer Affected, System(s) Affected, Affected Customer Journey/Product etc.

๐Ÿ•น Integrations

We offer many integrations across paging/escalation, issue tracking and communication tools.

๐Ÿ”Ž Insights provides you with access to various insights about your incidents via the dashboard:

  • With basic insights, youโ€™ll be able to see a high-level overview of incidents by size and severity, alongside the status of incident actions

  • With advanced insights, youโ€™ll get much more in-depth data on the types of incidents youโ€™re experiencing and your incident response process, including how incidents are being picked up across your team and the visibility of outstanding tasks.

๐Ÿ”’ Private Incidents

Private Incidents allow users to collaborate on sensitive incidents through a private Slack channel and specific permissions.

This feature is especially useful for those dealing with sensitive data, and compliance/regulation-heavy industries.

๐Ÿ– Sandbox Environments

With Sandbox Environments, you can install in a secondary Slack workspace where you can safely edit settings and integrations without impacting your main installation.

๐Ÿ—‚ Incident Types

With Incident Types, you can tailor your response process to the situation you're responding to with custom configurations for each type of incident.

๐Ÿ‘ฎ Policies

Policies allow you to encode your organisation's commitments around incident processes. This means you can:

  • Model commitments for high severity incidents, such as requiring post-mortems or follow-up closure

  • Encourage teams to meet those commitments by exposing violations in their incidents

  • Understand performance by tracking policy breaches over time
