When filtering for date range inside the insights page, you can choose to include data from the current Week/Month/Quarter by selecting the "Include this Week/Month/Quarter" configuration found under the custom relative range.

If you want to include recent data, within this option, you can click on the gear icon and select "Include this Week".

This allows you to choose whether you want the most recent data to be included in the results or if you only want historical data.
