βοΈ Default Roles
We'll assign some default roles so you don't have to set everything up manually:
Regular User: by default, all new users will be Regular Users
Administrators: no default mechanism - they have to be invited as Administrators by the Owner
Owner: by default, the person who installs incident.io is given the Owner role
π Changing Roles
You can change roles at any time by heading to Settings > Users.

You can edit the role of anyone in the list provided you have a role above or on par to theirs. Simply click the Edit icon on the right.

If a user does not appear in the list, it's simply because they havenβt used incident.io before. You can invite them using the Invite button or by adding them to the #incidents channel.
