When communicating with Jira Server, we'll always use one of three IP addresses:

  • 35.242.138.210

  • 34.89.41.188

  • 34.89.52.34

We will send notice 2 weeks in advance of any changes to this list to all customers using Jira Server.

We do this because Jira Server encourages you to use IP addresses to filter traffic from unknown sources, however we strongly recommend that you use additional strategies to secure your instance, including SSL/TLS.

In addition, all requests from incident.io to your Jira Server are signed using a 1024-bit RSA key.

To ensure changes to follow-ups in Jira Server sync back to incident.io, you'll need to register a webhook. Learn how to do that here.
