You can use filters to drill down in to specific data, when on the follow-ups, incidents, or insights pages.

Saved views allow you to save these filters and share them with others in your organisation.

To create a saved view, add some filtering and sorting of your choice. You can choose from any of the options below:

  1. Include/exclude private incidents

  2. Filter by incident attribute or custom field

  3. Split results by 'severity', 'incident type' or a custom field

  4. Filter by a particular follow-up status

  5. Sort by an incident attribute

Once you've filtered the view as you want, click on the Save View button in the top right corner of the screen. Give your view a name and click Save.

โš ๏ธ Note that your view will be visible to everyone in your organisation.

You should now have a saved view ๐ŸŽ‰.

To rename, share or delete your view, click on its name.

If you want to go back to the default follow-ups view, click on the Follow-ups text above your view's name.
